Does the carrier actually matter? For most work, no — every one of these is a real subscriber address and passes the checks a datacenter range fails. 4G or 5G
5G is the faster tier where a carrier has it; 4G is the wider footprint and usually the cheaper device. Neither changes how a site judges the address — that comes from the carrier, not the speed.
