ISP Proxies

Static IPs registered to tier-1 internet providers, so a target site sees a home address while you run on a server network. The IP stays yours for the whole term, traffic is unmetered, and the OS fingerprint can be matched to the system you claim to be.

  • Static residential (ISP)
  • OS fingerprint spoofing (p0f)
  • HTTP / HTTPS / SOCKS5
  • Unlimited traffic
  • 9 countries, tier-1 ranges
  • Dedicated IP, unlimited sessions

Why choose Proxya ISP proxies

Residential ASN

Every address is registered to a tier-1 internet provider, so a site checking ownership reads a household.

Datacenter speed

The hardware answering sits in a datacenter, so you get server latency behind a consumer registration.

Static for the term

The address holds until you ask for a new one — exactly what a login or a long session needs.

One customer per IP

Nobody else routes through your address, so you never inherit someone else's rate limits or bans.

Unlimited traffic

Priced per proxy, never per gigabyte. Stream, download and run at volume with no counter.

OS fingerprint spoofing

Five p0f profiles included: the TCP signature matches the operating system you claim to run.

9 countries

The US, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, France, Italy, Sweden, Australia and Hong Kong.

HTTP(S) and SOCKS5

Both protocols on every proxy, with username-password or IP whitelist authentication.

ISP Proxies

What are ISP proxies?

An ISP proxy is a static residential proxy: the address is registered to a real internet service provider, so a site checking the ASN reads it as a household connection, but the hardware answering is a server in a datacenter.

That combination is the whole product. You get the reputation of a home IP and the latency and throughput of a rack, and the address does not change until you ask for a new one.

Ours are dedicated and run across nine countries: the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Sweden, Australia and Hong Kong, all on tier-1 provider ranges.

Traffic is unmetered, sessions are unlimited, and the OS fingerprint can be matched to the system you claim to run. The buy page shows which countries have addresses free right now.

How ISP proxies work

An internet service provider owns blocks of addresses and normally hands them to subscribers. Some of those blocks are leased to hosting companies instead, and the registration stays with the ISP.

Your traffic leaves from one of those addresses: the route is server-fast, and the lookup any target performs comes back with a consumer provider rather than a datacenter.

The IP is yours for the term and never rotates on its own, so an account that logged in from it yesterday sees the same address today.

That consistency is the reason people buy this type instead of a rotating pool: a login that jumps countries between sessions is the single loudest signal a platform can read.

Connect over HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5, and authenticate with a username and password or by whitelisting your own IP. Nothing counts gigabytes, so streaming and bulk downloads cost the same as a handful of API calls.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about proxya

An ISP proxy — the industry also calls it a static residential proxy — is an address registered to a real internet service provider but hosted on server hardware. A site checking who owns the IP sees a consumer provider; you get datacenter latency and an address that does not change until you ask it to.

The IP. An ISP proxy is one static address that belongs to you for the term, billed per proxy with traffic unmetered. Residential proxies route through thousands of real home devices, hand you a different address per request or per session, and are billed per gigabyte. ISP for anything with a login; residential for coverage and volume.

Nine: the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Sweden, Australia and Hong Kong, all on tier-1 provider ranges. ISP addresses are finite, so a given country can be sold out at any moment and refill shortly after — the buy page shows what is free right now. If the one you need is empty and you cannot wait, our residential range covers 195+ countries.

$2.50 per proxy for a month. Volume applies automatically: 4% from five, 10% from twenty-five, 14% from fifty and 18% from a hundred, which brings it to $2.00 each. A twelve-month term is $21.99 rather than twelve monthly payments.

Dedicated. One customer per address for the length of the term. Shared ISP proxies exist and cost less — the trade is that several people build reputation on the same IP, and you inherit all of it.

You get a host, a port, a username and a password. Paste them into your antidetect browser, scraper or curl command and the proxy is live — there is nothing to install. If you run from a fixed server, whitelist that server's IP instead and connect without a password.

Yes. The address holds for the whole term and never rotates on its own, which is the point: an account that logged in from it yesterday sees the same address today.

Yes. The price is per proxy, not per gigabyte, so streaming and bulk transfer cost the same as light API use. There is no counter and no overage line.

Because the two signals a platform reads first — who owns the IP, and whether it keeps changing — both come back clean. A residential ASN that stays put looks like a person with a home connection. It is a better starting point, not a guarantee: behaviour still decides the outcome.

No. A single proxy for a month is $2.50 and there is a 24-hour money-back window, so the cheapest real test is to buy one, point it at your actual target and decide within the day.
