Getting started

Payment and balance

Everything is paid from your Proxya balance. You top it up with cryptocurrency, then buy and renew orders from it. Refunds return to the same balance.

How payment works#

  1. Top up the balance

Add funds, choose the coin and its network, pay the invoice.

  2. Pay for orders from it

Buying and renewing take the amount from the balance. If it is short, the button sends you to top up the difference.

Topping up#

  • Cryptocurrency only: BTC, USDT, ETH, LTC, XMR and more than 20 other coins. The coin and the network (for USDT: TRC20, ERC20 and others) are picked on the payment page.
  • The minimum top-up is $2.
  • The balance is credited automatically after one network confirmation.
  • Card payments are shown in the dashboard as coming soon and are not available yet.

If less arrived than the invoice#

Exchanges and wallets sometimes take their fee out of the amount you send. The invoice then shows a wrong-amount status, and nothing is lost. Send the invoice ID (the long code on the payment page) or the transaction hash to support, and what actually arrived is credited to your balance.

Unpaid orders#

An order that is created but not paid is cancelled after 60 minutes, and nothing is charged for it. If a crypto payment lands after that, the money is credited to your balance and can be spent on a new order.

Discounts#

  • Longer terms are cheaper. 90, 180 and 365 days cost less per day than 30.
  • Quantity. On ISP and datacenter the price per proxy drops from 5, 25, 50 and 100 proxies in one order.
  • Volume. Residential gets cheaper per gigabyte from 10, 100 and 1000 GB.
  • Referrals. A friend who signs up through your link gets 10% off the first purchase. See the referral programme.

There is no field to type a promo code at checkout. A discount reaches an order either through the link you signed up with, in which case the buy page shows it as a banner, or through an offer card on the buy page with its own button. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Payment history#

Every top-up, purchase, renewal and refund is listed in Transactions.
