Orders, renewal and expiry
What each order status means, what you can do on the order page, how renewal works and what can still be recovered after an order expires.

Order statuses#

The order page#
Open any order from My orders. The sections are:
- Proxy access. Every proxy in the order with copy buttons, a format switch, a protocol switch, a QR code per proxy and export to .txt or .csv.
- Manage order. Renew and Rotate credentials.
- Order note. A private note for yourself, for example which project the order belongs to.
- Connection settings. ISP and datacenter only: OS fingerprint spoofing and the IP whitelist.
- Proxy history. What has been issued on this order over time.
- Order overview. Type, location, quantity, price, start and end dates.
Renewing#
Renew buys the same plan for the same period at the same price, from the balance. Renewal is manual: nothing is charged without you pressing the button. Three days before the end we send a reminder by email, unless you turned expiry alerts off in Settings.
After an order expires#
Days 0 to 2: suspended
Press Renew on the order page and the proxies come back on the same IPs with the same passwords.
Days 2 to 9: terminated
The proxies are removed, but the same IPs can still be brought back. Send the order number to support.
After day 9: expired
The addresses are released. Only a new order is possible.
Rotating credentials#
Rotate credentials issues a new password for every proxy in the order. The IPs and the username stay the same, and the old password stops working straight away, including connections that were already open. Use it when the credentials leaked. It does not change the IP.
Copying and exporting#
- Copy one line or all lines at once in the chosen format.
- Switch the protocol between HTTP and SOCKS5: on ISP and datacenter the ports in the list change to the SOCKS5 ones.
- Download the order as .txt (one proxy per line) or .csv (with column names).
- Open the QR code of one proxy to move it to a phone app that reads
socks://links.
