MTProto proxies for Telegram
MTProto is the proxy type built into every official Telegram app. It is opened with one link, needs no username or password, and its traffic does not look like a proxy to the network.

Buying#
Buy proxy, Telegram, with the switch above the plan set to MTProto. Terms are 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. There is no country to choose.
Connecting#
Open the order
My orders, then the Telegram order. Under the link there are two lists, Server and Port, and an Add to Telegram button.
Press Add to Telegram
Telegram opens with the proxy filled in. Confirm with Connect proxy.
Check the shield
A shield icon next to the connection status means Telegram is going through the proxy.
The link can also be sent to another device or pasted into a browser there. Both forms open the same proxy:
tg://proxy?server=SERVER&port=443&secret=SECRET
https://t.me/proxy?server=SERVER&port=443&secret=SECRETEntering it by hand#
In Telegram open Settings, Data and Storage, Proxy (on Telegram Desktop Settings, Advanced, Connection type), add a proxy of type MTProto and enter the server, the port and the secret from the order page.
How it behaves#
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| How many devices | Up to 5. The link is not tied to a device, so a phone and a desktop can share it |
| Traffic | Unlimited |
| Ports | 443 and 8443, both work on every server |
| The secret | Fixed for the life of the order. The one on the order page is always the current one |
| Own IP per order | No. The servers are shared, two orders can land on the same address, and which server answers depends on load |
| Sponsored channel | Not available: a promo channel or ad tag cannot be added |
